January was up 7% in sales but that was only 13 transactions from 199 in 2023 to 212 in 2024. Since doing January report another four closing has been added for January so it s up to 216.
January active listings were up 49 from last january for an increase of 7%. Pending contracts were about the same with only 9 fewer than last. 467 compared to 476 last year.
I still have not been able to get report on web site but getting it worked out hopefully.
