Edmond had dropped the last few months in sales compared to last year and I was wondering if we would fall to the negative on year to date closings. But July had a nice 15% increase in sales with 52 more closed transactions than last year for a total of 406. That brings year to date closing up 92 more than last year with 2365 for 2024. a 4% increase.
Active inventory creeps up closer to the 1000 mark with 984 active residential listings. 370 of which are new construction. New home sales up to 543 thru the end of July for year to date.
