August had 403 Closed sales which is 3 more than last year. That brings year to date sales up 41 more than 2024 for an increase of 1.48%. Pending contracts are up 7.5% from August last year. but active listings are up 26.5% compared to last year.
Over Million homes hit the 100 mark in active listings for the first time in Edmond with 102. Active listing did drop a bit from July but rose in new homes.
Seeing more homes sit longer o the market even in lower price ranges. most absorption rates went up this month but a couple droped slightly.
