Today we wanted to talk to you about learning how to learn. This is something that we do in our office that helps our agents be able to learn our systems and develop themselves and their business.
And learning how to learn is not just about sitting in a classroom and having an instructor teach you. It’s about yes, sitting in the classroom and learning, but also implementing and taking action. We all know that we can sit in a conference and take great notes and listen to a great speaker. But if we’re going to close that book when we leave and never open it again, what was the point of sitting in that conference? So for us, it’s very important that we teach you how to learn and how to take action. Because action is where you’re going to see the most growth in your business.
It is simple. It is nothing that’s complex. It’s just being part of the coaching system that we supply here in our office. It’s about taking those materials that you learn and taking it, studying it, learning it, bringing it back to us and revealing it with your coaches.
And that’s one of the things that we like to offer here in our Remax offices, is the coaching that can be done weekly or biweekly. That for lack of a better term, we’ll hold you accountable in making sure that you’re implementing the things that you want to do and that you’re willing to do to grow your business.
